Beginner's Guide to Hoop Flo
This workshop will focus on beginner combos and simple transitions which will build a foundation of hoop flow for newcomers. This session hopes to break down the frustration of learning a new prop by teaching straightforward transitions incorporated with off-body hoop tricks. Many hoop beginners know a few moves but struggle to piece them together because fluidity comes with practice. We hope to translate hoop fluency to those who are eager to learn. There will be yoga-based stretching included, as to welcome your body to fluid movements.
